The Firm's litigation practice involves legal issues related to the
ownership, operation, maintenance and use of aircraft, airports and airspace, to
licensing and aero-medical issues of pilots, to aviation mechanics, aircraft
repair stations and fixed base operators, as well as to the regulation and use
of outer space.
In-depth aviation experience offered by members of the firm is a value-added feature
for clients. When a client has an aviation regulatory issue, a lawyer that specializes
in aviation law and has engineering and flying experience does not need to be educated
with respect to the industry's special vocabulary, its unique history or current trends.
The lawyer already is so educated. This familiarity will potentially reassure clients
