We work with fixed and rotary wing operators, flight training schools, maintenance and overhaul facilities, and airport operators in both the public and private sector. The Firm assists aviation companies and directors on all aspects of the process, the appointment of receivers and the role of liquidators, both voluntary and court-appointed. We advise clients on aspects of insolvency with direct impact on them and on how to protect the company, its directors and creditors. We assist clients in pursuing claims against insolvent companies. We advise directors of insolvent companies on the options open to them and on their statutory and common law responsibilities, and will work with trustees and receivers on behalf of clients.
